Specifically designed to support telecoms, 151 Front Street has advanced power, cooling and security systems to ensure 24/7 operations. These systems include: 24/7 uniformed  security guards and a man-trap at the entrance to building, a standby 325-ton centrifugal chiller and two 4000/5000 KVA transformers fed by dual underground 13.8 Kv feeder lines from  fault-tolerant substations.

We use Juniper routers to provide world-class networking infrastructure for the most demanding business applications.  Juniper's unique application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC)  technology powers the world's most demanding networks.

Cisco routers switching is used at the distribution layer to improve network resilience, service levels and increase agility.
We provide the highest standards of connectivity and packet delivery in North America. Our data centers provide redundant GiGE fiber connections to multiple tier 1 backbone providers,  including: BigPipe, T-Systems, Telus, Internap and MCI.

Data centers are staffed 24/7, both entrances and exits are electronically secured and continuously monitored via closed-circuit cameras. Data centers are only accessible to qualified network and data center technicians.

The data centers have raised floors and redundant HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) to ensure that servers remain at the optimum operating temperature. An advanced multi-zoned, pre-action, dry-pipe FM-200(R) fire suppression system protects the data center in the unlikely event of a fire.

Fully redundant cooling systems insure that the center is always operating at a temperature of optimum server performance. The units are designed as a true N+1 configuration.

Power systems in our data centers are proven to run uninterrupted even during long blackouts and brownouts. All networking equipment and servers are connected to Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. On-site diesel generators are tested regularly and can run indefinitely if utility power feeds fail.
